LAW318 - Legal Aspects of Healthcare (3)

This course will address the following areas of interest: the governance of hospitals; the regulation of healthcare facilities; malpractice; the medical staff and hospital employee; authorization for treatment; disclosure of patient information; and the physician and/or hospital-patient relationship.
